All processing, packing and dispatching of orders are done through our warehouse in Toronto, so you can expect a timely delivery and reliable service. We currently ship to all state in the CA* via Canada Post, FedEx, UPS and USPS.

What is the Adult Signature Requirement?

The Adult Signature Requirement (ASR) is an important part of Chiefdip shipping policy, ensuring the responsible delivery of our products in states where ASR is mandated. This means that someone aged 21 or older must be present at the delivery address to receive the parcel. A valid ID confirming your age must be shown, and a signature is required for the handover of the package.

During checkout, you’ll be informed if your order is subject to ASR.

To avoid any issues, please ensure that you have a valid ID ready when UPS or FedEx attempts delivery. Following this requirement helps us stay compliant with legal standards, and we appreciate your cooperation!

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Our ambition is to always ship your order as soon as possible.

For all express delivery options (FedEx 2nd Day, UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day) the cutoff for same-day shipping is 2pm (Mondays to Fridays).

Shipping to Military Addresses

For orders to US military addresses (DPO,FPO, APO), the shipping option that we offer is USPS Priority Mail.

Wrong Shipping Address

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or reshipments for orders with the incorrect address once they have been dispatched.

To avoid any delays or failed delivery attempts, please double check that you have written the correct address before placing your order.

If you do notice a mistake with your address while we are processing your order, call (6512235202) right away so that we can try to re-route the package before it leaves one of our warehouses. We cannot guarantee this works every time, but our staff will do their best to assist you.

Tracking Your Order(s)

We try to make the shipping process as transparent as possible for your peace of mind. All our orders are trackable, you will receive a link in your order confirmation email that gives you access to real-time updates and estimated delivery times.

Order Processing

We generally process orders within 24 hrs. However this can take up to 3-4 business days depending on high order volumes and holidays.

Orders are shipped via Canpar Express and Canada Post from our facility in Deseronto, Ontario.

  • Typically takes 1 – 2 business days.

In order to deter fraudulent orders, all customer orders with Chiefdip must have matching Shipping and Billing addresses.
